I had a drain pipe damaged which caused major water damaged. They worked very well with my insurance company. Except for the plumbing this was total turn keyed. They addressed the mitigation water damage, asbestos removal and replaced the flooring. From the ownership / management and the skilled staff I have nothing but good words to say about their whole operation. I highly recommend them

In addition to flooring and painting, they replaced damaged drywall, and rebuilt a staircase for us. They were proficient at everything we needed done.

The Carswell crew saved the day for us, taking over after another "restoration" company literally botched Every. Single. Thing. they attempted at our home.

The details were handled with great care, all work was performed promptly and professionally.

We learned the hard way to hire a company who has their own crews instead of sending random sub-contractors, like the former company was doing.

Carswell itemized all jobs that would be needed to restore our home to us former quality level, plus went to the insurance company to get money back for jobs poorly done prior to their takeover.

We got back in our home as we wanted it without huge personal cost.

I cannot give but 5 stars, I would give 10 if possible.

I needed a back porch replaced. I called one day, the estimate was provided the second day, and on the third day in eight hours the job was done - done! - by some of the nicest and most courteous young men I have had the pleasure of meeting in a very long time. Carswell Construction replace my roof, they are very reliable and excellent workmanship, Benjamin was very helpful in recommend the best roof for me. Excellent choice in color an appearance, His employees are very business like, the only way you would know they were there is by looking at a new roof, everything was clean up before they left an recheck again before they left. We had a shower pan leak that wasn't covered by insurance. We had used this company in the past and we were very pleased with the work so we called on them again. They far exceeded all our expectations! Instead of going back with a fiberglass shower insert we had the entire unit done in tile. They did the floors ,  the tub surround, and trimmed around our large vanity to tie it all in. I wish we had before and after pictures to show the amazing transformation! Excellent job!
